Then - yup, there's more - Kourtney detailed that she adds magnesium in trace minerals to her water each day and focusses on staying hydrated as much as possible, and that before dinner she'll mix a dash of apple cider vinegar into her water too. This, she adds, is to "get digestion ready before dinner and curb afternoon snack cravings" (while ACV is deemed safe by experts, such as those at The University of Chicago Medical Center, research into how effective it actually is is also lacking). As for pills, Kourt says, "As far as vitamins or pill supplements, I take the Cellular Vitality multivitamin pack [the daily serving features chia seed oil, omegas 3 and 6, vitamin B12 and vitamin D3], but I remove the fish oil. I understand those omegas are important, but they don’t agree with my body personally, so I just rely on food to get those important fats. I also take a daily dose of vitamin C."
