According to the study by supplement company Forza, turning 30 is the biggest inspiration for both men and women to lose weight. The survey asked a group of 1,000 people when they're most likely to diet and why they choose to stick to it. Over a third of the females asked agreed 30 - 35 was the perfect time to try dieting, with 82 revealed it's too easy to be distracted by the party lifestyle.
