Actress Rebel Wilson has been vocal about her two-year 75 lb weight loss journey. In a recent Instagram post , the 42-year-old opened up even more, this time revealing that while she gave herself the freedom to enjoy a long vacation, she ultimately gained 3 kg (about 6.5 lbs). But, the Senior Year star admits that weight fluctuations are totally okay, and self-love and balance are key to a healthy body image. “I just noticed I put on 3 kgs on my holiday. I’m at an amazing all-inclusive resort…I’ve lost all self-control,” the star wrote on her Instagram post. “But, you know what? I can get up tomorrow, and go to the gym, and hydrate, and eat healthy, and love myself.” In the photo, Wilson posed in a one-shoulder pink bathing suit with a white wrap around her waist, her hair tied up in a beachy bun, and reflective sunglasses on. Based on additional Instagram photos, the actress was likely posting from the Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort in Belek, Turkey. She continued, “It doesn’t help to be hard on yourself, but I know what it’s like to feel guilty and not great after eating too much. But if you’re like me, just know YOU are more than just your weight. Your weight doesn’t define you. Just try your best to be healthy and don’t be so hard on yourself. Be the best version of you.” Friends and fans commented on the photo, leaving encouragement and love for Wilson.
