If you work out daily, shouldn’t you get to eat more? No! Some people make the mistake of consuming too many calories, because they’re working out so much. But, if you aren’t maximizing your workouts and overeating, you won’t see progress you long for. Choose high intensity over longer workouts. A shorter (30-45 minute) workout where you’re targeting your fat burning zone through high intensity strength training and cardio is more effective than a longer (60-90 minute) workout. Make your workouts count instead of exercising every day of the week. You don’t have to work out every single day of the week to lose weight.
