I’m sharing my personal regime which I followed during lockdown and successfully managed to lose 7 Kgs of weight in a month. • Setting up a diet plan and watching YouTube videos or reading blogs on weight loss is a typical approach which every amateur takes as a first step. • Initial days of lockdown were getting depressing, so it was important to be self-motivated and determined to priorities health. • I had to first organize my eating habits and schedule my activities starting with exercise in the morning. • Keep a bottle of grounded Cinnamon and cloves powder available. You can start your day with a glass of hot water with this powder. This not just builds immunity but aids weight loss too. • My Exercise time normally included warm up and Stretching for at least 15 minutes to start with and gradually increased the timing. • As I started my day at 7a.m followed by hot water and exercise, I had my regular breakfast around 9: 30 am.

• Breakfast normally included

• Lunch would be around 1:30 pm with basic meal whatever is made at home .The whole idea is to eat your food at right time. • Evening tea would be around 4 pm minus the sugar.. If you can cut of sugar its a bonus.

• I had excluded sugar from my diet completely.

• One thing I changed was my dinner timing. I started having early dinner around 7 pm. Dinners would included. As you guessed it right, there weren’t any munching between my meals and I would hit the bed by 10, to catch maximum rest. I followed this routine religiously for 3 months and trust me I lost around 15 kgs of weight. More than losing kgs, it was about being organized with my daily routine which boosted my confidence and expedited the weight loss. To be fit and regain health, one don't need to have fancy protein food or head for expensive gym. It’s all about “perseverance and ambitious”.
