· Dinner: Grilled vegetables or grilled chicken and quinoa salad

· Breakfast: Banana milkshake and three egg omelette with veggies

· Mid-morning: Bowl of fruits

· Lunch: Rice, dal, subzi, salad, yoghurt

Day 3:
