The British singer lost almost 100 lbs in the last few years, she has a new relationship and a show in Las Vegas. She became the face of the Caesar's Palace after they dropped the mythical Celine Dion. The British star opened up with Oprah Winfrey in an interview and revealed that she made those changes for herself. "I did it for myself and not anyone else," Adele said. "I used to cry but now I sweat." The singer-songwriter lost 100 pounds in two years by lifting weights and doing circuit training. "So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night," she said.

"I'm an athlete," Adele said. "I love it."

"I know I look really, really different since you last saw me," the British superstar said in her opening monologue. "But actually, because of all the Covid restrictions...I had to travel light, and I could only bring half of me, and this is the half I chose."
