I exercise and diet, but it's hard to stick to a plan with a busy schedule. I'm always looking for new tips and tricks to help me lose weight. I started my journey to lose weight about 5 years ago. I had my second child and realized that I needed to make a change for my health and my family. I was always the heaviest person in my family and I was sick of it. I started working out and eating healthier. I lost about 50 pounds but then I hit a plateau. I couldn't seem to lose any more weight no matter what I did. I started reading more about health and fitness and realized that I needed to change my approach. So this blog is dedicated to sharing what I've learnt with other people.
